Cost EstimateWe price your design or list of cabinets with the global parameters you provide using the factory's AdvanceWare application. Very small kitchens with clean presentations can be quoted in about an hour. Complete homes can take more than 16 hours. The rate for this quoting service is the same as the factory rate of $75.00 per hour. Your Design, Our Order DocumentsWe order the cabinets we previously priced. We are cc'd on all correspondence. We interact with you and the factory, resolve all order issues, interact with engineering, and proofread the acknowledgment, confirming everything with you along the way. The rate for Pricing then Ordering is 1.5% of the list price minus what was paid for the pricing service. Designer Express Ordering ProcessPlain & Fancy has an ordering process called Designer Express. The process requires very clean floor plans, very clean elevations, plan numbering that matches the order numbering, clean appliance specifications, and use of the AdvanceWare cloud based 2Configure application. Tedious for sure. We'll clean up the presentation of your design, perfect the nomenclature on the plans, sequence everything, group cabinets into sub-orders based on varying globals, and submit the order on your behalf – often we'll clear up questions and discrepancies preventing expensive oversights along the way. This process shortens the lead time by up to two weeks and earns a 5% credit. DE orders include a factory acknowledgement but not an opportunity to make changes. DE orders by CDS cost you nothing out of pocket. We save you both ordering time and production time in exchange for the 5% discount. PLEASE NOTE: to decrease the factory's order processing time effectively this DE option must be invoked early. This DE process works best when all custom items are resolved before order is submitted.
